Why not trying the cheap white one to start with?
The standard resin is good enough. Note that it does require chemicals for cleanup, like Isopropyl Alcohol and or Metho.
The water washable resin's can be cleaned with water.
If you have or can get the chemicals for cleaning I would probably recommend the Standard resin to start with. Water washable I found to be a bit more tricky to dial in the settings, so you may have more luck with the standard resin.
But if water washable is something that interests you, then there is nothing wrong with it.
I probably wouldn't touch ABS like resin for mini's and terrain.
Rapid resin you can try, never tried it so cant say much for it.

I went straight to water washable when I first got my printer, and haven't looked back. Never used "normal" resin. Just seemed like too much of a pain in the butt (although at the time, isopropyl alcohol was hard to get thanks to the hand sanitizer demand surge)
Cheers, just ordered 2x 1L water washable grey. Hopefully I get the stuff in the white box. I've heard bad things about the stuff in the brown boxes. Something about a change in formula making it not as easy to use and needing to dial in the printer again.
I just need to print one item.

Try your main library. Here in brissy, there are 3d printing services you can use in library at south bank.
Do you have to know what you're doing to do it at the library? I literally just want to send someone a file to print some headphone earcup adapters. But i have no idea about what material etc lol. I find online services ask me too many questions lol

they are quite expensive, when i needed one i just searched on gumtree and was able to gets it for few bucks.
The Elegoo line of resin's are also all on sale. So if you want to stock up, now is the time.
