One of my recent purchases through Cashrewards didn't track (first time this has happened) so after waiting the necessary 7 days before being able to query it I sent a message along with my invoice. After then waiting the stated 5 days I have just been told that:
"the transaction has already been tracked to a member named ———————-"
and
"As this transaction has already tracked successfully to a member, we cannot provide an additional cashback."
I have no idea who this person is or why my transaction is being given to them. I can only assume a glitch on either the Cashrewards database or the merchant site. I have provided my invoice which clearly shows that I purchased the item, and it is also clear on the Cashrewards website that I clicked through to the seller. I have the item right here with me, so it is definitely me that purchased the item!
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to resolve?

Did you order it using a office Laptop/Desktop? Few years ago i got a cashback on my cash rewards accounts which did not belong to me but i think it belonged to one of my coleague. It was only couple of dollars worth though
