My personal experience with lounge lovers has been horrible. Their products appear nice but the quality of the whole range is really poor and not worth buying. Much better off going for Amart or Nick Scali sort of store. I love a good bargain but never from this store.

I echo the original post. Our couch has badly pilled and it’s just 2 adults using it. No pets either.
We bought a whole range including wooden dining table set and chairs, 1 of their more expensive sofa sets and bed frame. The dining table experienced terrible discolouring. The dining chairs arrived with broken legs and had to be replaced - the legs are also unbalanced, the sofa came with the wrong L shape which to give them credit, they swapped and resolves quite quickly but the quality is poor and wear very fast. The wooden bed squeeks horribly. You basically feel like you pay a quality price for a knock-off type product.
Same experience. Poor quality and good luck trying to organise a warranty claim - everything is "fair wear and tear", even within their minimum warranty period of 12 months.
A lot of their products are white label and sold elsewhere as well - my couch even came with a massive Brosa sticker.

Never had any issue with them. I’ve bought a bunch of stuff and all good quality.
