  • It's a decent pressure cooker with a stainless steel bowl, yoghurt, pseudo sous vide and saute functions. The inner lid is removable for cleaning but unfortunately it's aluminium so can't be cleaned in a dishwasher (such a silly design feature).

    • Why pseudo sous vide?

Do you know how the slow cooker is compared to a dedicated one?

      • +1

It's not precise in it's temperature management - eg: 50c may go to 55+ - so it depends on your need to have exact temperature management. I haven't used the slow cooker feature so can't really comment - but slow cooking isn't an exact science so imagine it would be fine.

        • Any suggestions of a better pressure cooker? Well your opinions on one much appreciated 🙂

          • @Italkdigital: This is a good unit, esp for this price! It just doesn't have the auto steam release feature of the the breville slow fast pro. The breville is very good, esp if you change the inner bowl to stainless - though it doesn't have a yoghurt feature. There's no one unit that I would say does everything I want…

    • correction: non-stick bowl - I replaced it with a stainless steel one from another brand…

  • I have kogan first but it still asks for the delivery fee.

  • Down to $59 but only 1 available.

  • I bought one, still says 1 available, weird stock bug I guess.
