Deals on Lower-End Graphics Cards for NVENC

Hi all, I'm looking for recommendations/deals on lower-end graphics cards. Ideally under $300 or around that mark with 3 monitor outputs.

This will not be for gaming, rather for offloading H.264 encoding. Let's say Turing NVENC support at minimum. I think this means I start at GTX 1650 SUPER and go up from there.

Your suggestions (and where to find them) are welcome!

or you can go on eBay and buy a second hand card for very slightly less, depending on your luck with auctions

Thanks for the good ideas! There's a used GTX 1660 for $250 near me, seems a little high for second hand but possibly some leeway on price.
