Hi all,
Anybody have any idea how I can redeem this code? Says I need a UK payment method however I can't figure out how to redeem it. I tried making a UK PayPal account but I needed a UK number to register.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

G2A haha. Saw how cheap if was and bought it without thinking. Now I think the code is just invalid
How cheap?
@vinnychase: Yup that's the one. Any idea how I can redeem the UK subscription?
@ramona: I could give it a try. I’ve activated USA codes many times in the past.
@vinnychase: Hey Vinny any updates?
"Can't activate in:Australia
Check country restrictions"
Hope you can get it working, though.
My first thought is getting a UK eSim, but a (very) quick google gave me plans that cost more what you saved by going G2A. Maybe a less quick google will give you more options?
Tried that, but turns out I need an actual UK bank account
Hi Ramona,
Just had a look, can you use windscribe free on chrome and login to vpn then clear all browser history and cookies on chrome and then go to https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/redeem
It says on the disney website that
What is a Disney+ gift subscription?
A Disney+ gift subscription is an easy way to give one year of Disney+ to someone special. When you purchase the gift subscription for £79.90, you’ll be paying for their first year of Disney+. After a year, they’ll have the option to add their own payment details and continue their subscription.
Gift subscriptions can only be redeemed by new Disney+ subscribers.
so I do not think you will need to add payment details.
Also use a new email as gift subscriptions are only for new subscribers.
I cannot test as I have not brought the code but will be interested if this works as my subscription is expiring
Hi Akma! Unfortunately the code isn't a gift subscription but I think it was a code that came with a service (Samsung TV if I remember)
@ramona: thats a shame!
@akma1: Hi Ramona
Just checked this https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/boost-…
someone said
We have been able to make this offer available for both new and returning customers to Disney+. To use your code as an existing user it is the case that you need to deactivate your account to apply the code. However, as the codes can be redeemed up to June 2023, you can save it until your subscription is finished, deactivate your account and reactivate with the code you had saved from the redemption through Samsung Boost (claimed before 22nd April 2022).
Can you just use your australian account deactivate it with your saved australian payment details then use vpn to uk then reactivate with the code with your saved payment details?
@akma1: I just tried this but it is not accepting my Australian payment details. Comes up with:
"There was an error processing your payment. Please check your payment details or try another payment method. If the problem persists, contact us"
I think the only workaround is to somehow find a UK debit card/virtual card.
How'd you get the code?
