Some reviews on the BCF site says the paint peeled off after 1/2 uses.
Anyone who has it/used it - could you please share your feedback?
Looks to be a good price, but if paint is peeling off as described, don't want to add another item to landfill.

The paint will burn and peel off. In fact you'll need to let it burn off for a couple of hours before using if you don't want your food tasting of burnt paint.

Store it out of the weather and it won't rust through for a few years

    • Just brush it off and cover it in high temp paint

    • Yes ,it's true ,I hv recently bought and just used two time, the paint started peeling off from side !!

I had one and wasn't really a fan, needs some sort of heat / wind shield as if was hard to get it to maintain enough heat.

Using a motorized rotisserie with my Weber kettle I can say the same thing : I cannot imagine how much charcoal you need to use without a cover.
Especially in a windy day. I mean even a low wind will easily cool down the chook below cooking temperature.
