Nando's Customer Service Contacts Unable to Contact

Anyone know the contact details for Nandos customer service or head office?

I have issue with the nandos app and my account and have sent an email enquiry to [email protected] already. but for over two weeks now there is no reply since then. Their contact number 1300 626 367 also like fake as the auto prompts will end up either hang up or leave a voice message

anyone have recent experience on how do we get in touch with them?

    I've previously contacted [email protected] and received assistance/responses, but it was a few years ago.

      I contacted them about $40 of points disappearing on both 12th April and 28th April with no reply. This just reminded me to chase up again. Thanks.

      • have you contacted nandos via any method? if so, any luck they have responded to you?

        • Chased up on the e-mail chain sent previously as well as sent a zendesk case from UglyBob's link below. Zero response.

        • Finally got a response today. They re-instated the missing points. All good.

          • @Hybroid: ok that's good to hear. still nothing here. but base on you mention first enquiry on 12/4, that's way earlier than my first 5/5 initial contact… there must be a 100's emails backlog they're going thru now. lol

            just curious, did you send nandos a same enquiry twice? first on 12/4 then follow up on 28/4? then now finally responded

            • @shortgum: I chased up on the same queries and they replied to the 26th May one which had the other 2 messages referenced as well. So same e-mail chain, not new enquiry.

              You might to reply to yours saying "still haven't heard back" or similar.

    email [email protected] and [email protected] usually fine but they don't seem responding. Usually if you sent a reply to either of the email a ticket number will generate for your enquiry. That is now not coming.

    really, everything in nandos doing is seems going downhill but only price going up.. otherwise I don't even need to contact customer service the trouble

    who tried them lately? and working?
