Been eyeing the V8 Absolute for a long time, and can't seem to get a cheaper price than $649 right now using the code PLWKSAVE (which gives you $50 discount from the listed price of $699).
Not sure if there are other codes available which will help bring this price lower.

Still a good machine, and apart from the Chinese branded machines, other competition is in the same ballpark anyway.
I really hope Panasonic steps it up to match them at least, create some competition.

I also noticed that the Dyson sale price last year was $649, this year its $699. I would rather wait also, but not sure if we see a lower price until later this year then - and I'm not willing to wait that long.
The prices sure have increased. I think I got the absolute for near 470 some time ago.

I haven't used cashback things before. I checked this out and the T&C's say cashback not available with promo codes or offers not listed on cheddar. Does the reduction in price and bonus free part interfere with the cashback at all? Did you enquire?

Picked up this bad boy from the good guy the other fee for $420.
