      Was in China when I bought a bunch off taobao for ~$40-60. Flexwarm branded heated jacket, vest, scarf. Super convenient for wintertime in the non northern cities (which are actually winterproofed). Don't like the position of the battery pack in this one, should be off to the side.

      Definitely not necessary here unless you are super afraid of the cold. Though its possible the pocket warmers may be good for period pain?
