Mate Internet down?

Just checking if anyone else has this issue today? It crashed approx 2am and I've been adjusting router settings all morning.

Just tried the Live Chat and their LetsBeMates website on my phone and neither of them are opening either.

Nbn outage map has a big red exclamation mark over Cairns. Ah well, beyond my control.
