Anyone else experiencing extreme delays on Lenovo ?
Ordered an X1 Carbon Gen 9 mid April. It had a couple of options, so not the vanilla variant.
Originally said 6 weeks shipping at checkout, so end of June. At the time the 'in-stock' variants were saying 4 weeks shipping.
Two weeks ago it said July.
A week ago it said end of September.
Today it says end of October.
Manufacturing supply chain totally broken for Lenovo, or just me ?
I checked x1 Carbon Gen 10 and it says 8 weeks + now which could mean anything.
Global supply chain very broken, have you not seen the price increases everywhere? Things not going to stabilise for some time.
Ports cant unload the ships in a timely manner, which means their onward journeys are impacted, resources cant be moved around easily, covid outbreaks impacting workforce /manufacturing etc.
