original address listed was an empty patch of land in Koorlong Vic (near Mildura).
no way to check the system though unless i recharge my account again and get a receipt.

We've been with Boost since 2019-2020, ported from Virgin Mobile.
We've talked to the Boost team a few times, especially when we tranferred/registered.
Now that we're in a new plan or subscription (changes made effective May 2022) and a new app, we're able to make an account to log-in, etc.
As a matter of procedure and habit, I get a copy of our recharge receipt (PDF, email, etc). I just noticed today that when I went throught the app to "Recharge History" to download the receipt, the PDF showed the correct name but with a different address, in a different state. And there's no way for me to update my info details online with Boost, unlike other apps or sites.
This has got me thinking that either the address was a default one, or worse, if I didn't notice it and needed a replacement sim card, it would go to a different address.
Has any boost subscriber here checked their recharge receipt from the app recently? Are your contact details (address) correct?
I'll be contacting them tomorrow after I've received some feedback on this.

I would contact Boost straight away..
