You need to survive at least one storm circle to get the prize in that stage. You also get the prizes from previous stages. - gtk

Requires Epic account and Sony PlayStation Network account. Both accounts are free to set up.

I assume you can create Sony & Epic accounts, redeem online, and then the Fortnite cosmetics will be available for use on other platforms.

    Also worth noting that you just need to link your epic to your playstation account (even a newly made one), you can do the goal (& get the rewards) on other platforms as well.

Fortnite 'noob' here - how does one know whether this is setup/connected or not? IE does something appear in Fortnite?

  No real indication on your Fort account for these promotion. Follow link, register/sign up, link your fort account and you should get the prize after playing a game and surviving a storm circle. That’d be your confirmation.
