So, I bought Diabo 3 from their online store couple days ago and had it cancelled this morning (through phone) because it was still at "being processed" and the actual stores have them for the same price.
Apparently, the person I talked to didn't put through my request properly (it was still on queue of somethin) and the item has been dispatched. Another rep told me that I could get a full refund if I brought it to any store, has this happened to anyone before?
I'm not sure that I could take their words for granted and reluctant to spend half an hour of traveling time to DS store just to be given store credit or something.
yes, you could return the item to any DSE for full refund as change of mind (with in 2 weeks i think since invoice )
