Change Shower Head Fixture without Drilling

We would like to change our one bathroom into a shower with rainfall shower and hand held shower like the below:

The issue is our current setup is like this: https://www.bunnings.com.au/mondella-wels-3-star-9l-min-blac…

We don't want to move plumbing or drill new holes and if we secure to the existing plumbing output then the rail will be off centre.

Is there a product that connects the pipe from the wall into bottom of the vertical rail and then out to the handheld or rainfall head?

I'm sure you could rig something up but it would look butt ugly and probably won't be in matching matte black.

    Doubt it very much, given:

Hidden water entry port through top wall fixing

    and

Diverter switch for over head or hand piece showers

  • I had something like this installed and it required a lot of loud drilling.

    • Outrageous!

  • I’m having trouble picturing it.

Seems you have two options. Either make it look good (drilling, possible plumbing) or look dodgy (no drilling). Either is possible with different levels of expense and effort.

Plumbing supply joint should be able to provide parts.

  • This would probably not required to move the plumbing. most shower fittings only require two holes. So you might get away with one new hole and using one of the preexisting holes. Medium skill DIY job imho. Check if it is screwed to studs or if you need cavity plug.
