Pizza Hut is not a single entity that owns all the individual places. There are franchise agreements between the head entity and the franchises. Usually if the headquarter screws up, the individual franchisees take the hit, which are the small businesses.
Apparently there is big money in pizza now… Missed that memo obviously.

Some stores (actually almost all near me) are absolutely disgusting agreed. When ingredients are fresh and care is taken though, the pizzas are better than dominos.

I just ordered, first time in 20 years from Pizza Hut, mostly because of Cashrewards offer.. got pizza… meh… got wings… raw and cold, no attempt to even cook them… literally smear of sauce and put into a cardboard box…. I promptly put both into the bin. guess ill wait a month for cashback/refund… this was the handy work of the franchisee, I don't have any sympathy — its their business and they're the master of their own destiny, if you can't even cook a handful of wings in the fancy equipment provided… god help you.
