Business web hosting is just for a standard website / blog etc, it only has access to cPanel.
The reseller account on the other hand allows the reseller to create multiple cPanel accounts, each with their own domains and username and passwords. This is ideal for when say a web design company wants to host all their websites they create but want to give their clients individual cPanel accounts so they can manage their own e-mails, FTP etc.
You can also sign up for both if you feel the need, but you'll require a valid ABN.
Oh, Does the '2 cPanel Accounts' include the one we get? so we could only re-sell to one person?
If you wanted to use one for yourself then yes it would include only one to resell. However you can use both to resell if you wanted to.
The reseller account comes with an extra control panel called WHM (Web Host Manager), where you can control all of your sub cpanel accounts.
What exactly is the difference between the two?? I understand web hosting.
