Eastern Health 15 Minute Job Interview

My wife has an interview with Eastern Health for a position as a student undergrad nurse.

They have said the interview will be on 3 situations. Has anyone gone through it before? What kind of situations should she expect? This job is at a hospital 800m from our home and we are all hoping she gets it so want to prepare as much as possible.

  If she can't answer the questions on the spot I'm not sure I'd want her taking care of me.
