As per the title, just curious.
I noticed Appliances Online has some Haiers and Esattos at decent prices. (We are happy with the Esatto heat pump dryer but not sure if the quality translates to their chest freezers. )
Cheers

haha, that's worth more than me.
Every brand will have anecdotally good and bad experiences from randoms.
LG is my go-to white goods appliance maker.
LG is on my no-go list for non-adherence to ACL, plus for making a rust bucket washing machine.
The handle on my dishwasher broke 3 times, however it doesn't help when my now ex-wife would slam the door on it (like she mistreated every other device in the house).
It would have been funnier if you said "knob" rather than "device"
@Quantumcat: I still thought it as soon as i read the word "device" anyway.
GVA brand, been running non-stop for 12yrs now, no problems whatsoever.
IMO get the cheapest energy-efficient one and buy extended warranty.
Retailers don't sell Extended Warranty, they sell 'Product Care' or 'Extra Cover' etc.
;-)
I meant extra cover, I had issues with samsung soon after warranty. Some of the Chinese breand seems really good Haire Hisense etcc
