Wow those are really ugly shoes.
    I wouldn't purchase them at $1.

The shoes look like they have been turned inside out.

It looks like a dog turd after it has been in the sun for a week

I've feel terrible even donating these to a homeless person.

    • The shoes look like a can of white paint exploded all over them and nobody even spent the 5 minutes to wipe them clean.

Hope you guys get luck with these shoes.

I bought a pair of Julius Marlow Beck (?) with last promotion from this seller. One shoe developed tear and the other is fine. I only wear it one day every week. That means I have only wear it for about 15 days in total. I have bought so many shoes with different brands, Hush Puppies, Asos and Widow Smith. All gave me a good usage except this Julius Marlow. I would stay away from this brand in the future.

Haven't had any problems with julius marlow quality. They aren't as good as what they used to be many years ago, but for what we pay now the value is very good. Bought many pairs and I always wear the sole out while the top looks almost new. These days it isn't worth getting shoes resoled.

      • Have to agree the quality is good. In saying that, the heels wear out in a couple of months on my last couple of pairs.

        Looking at other brands now

    • +1 for staying away from JM. I bought a pair for $100ish and got about 8 wears before they developed a split at the side. crap shoes

    • "Hope you guys get lucky with these shoes."

For a second there I thought you were talking about these white shoes and the luck with the 'ladies'. :-P

      • Well, no one can stop you thinking that way.

        Good luck.

Its personal preference guys. Its a bargain for men's leather dress shoes (provided you like the style)

Probably the worst looking shoes that I have ever seen, in my entire life. I'd rather bite off my own tongue than buy these shoes.

Probably the worst looking shoes that I have ever seen, in my entire life. I'd rather slap myself to death with a large Salmon than buy these shoes.

absolutely hideous and that is not a bargain. I bought made in italy mens dress shoes from david jones for $35 on sale, they have great deals on shoes when they want to clear them.

This is your normal price and you've only sold 19 in over 2 weeks, why should we be concerned ?

    • -3

Its a great deal. Selling 20 pairs in one style in 2 weeks is great sales if you ask me.

      • +1

its not a great deal the colour is hideous and you can pickup nicer shoes on sale in retail stores for similar price.

        • It honestly depends on the person, if you like the style its a great deal.

  • JM's quality is pretty good imo. And that style can fit well with some clothing.

  • I have had maybe 5 pairs of JM's over the years and while they are excellent for comfort, they wear out so quickly with heels gone within 6 months if wearing 5 days a week.

  • +1

I bought Julius Marlow 2 years ago and they fell apart within a few months, crap. I suspect that all these so-called 'brands' are just commodities sold off to importers of Chinese crap. Just like Sanyo and AWA TVs etc are rebadged Chinese junk, so too are these shoes.

  • +1

Good for tweens who need cheap leather 'dress' shoes to get into the dodgy clubs they're into.

    • +5

Only a blind doorman would let you in wearing those shoes.

      • Haha great call.

      • They're not 'doormen', they retarded bouncers which have been told: 'Don't let a soul in without leather 'dress' shoes. They do what they're told.

  • -5

Ugly and poor quality. Better off buying shoes at lowes or Kmart

  • bought JuliusMarlow before, sole broke in less than 2 months, never bought it again. inferior quality compared to similar priced brands.

  • +1

And this is why I love my Loake's.

  • Shame this deal wasnt out last week, could have matched these shoes with a stylish hoodie from Big Undie.
