Are the EOFY sales next month worth waiting for to get a bargain?

What are the sales normally like around that time

Looking at getting the S22 or A73 5G

If it's need new phone get it when you need. Need = Moment picks you.

If it's want new phone, get it when its a lower price/good deal. Want = Pick your moment.
