I bought something from The Iconic and I was thinking about returning it because of the fit.
I saw on their website that I can exchange my purchase for a different size. Not sure why I didn't think about that before, but I would like to try a different size.
My only concern is that if I exchange it, and I find out that it still does not fit, can I still return it?
Specifically, do I have to still return it within 30 days of my original purchase? Or does an exchange reset this 30 day period?
I thought about calling them to inquire but unsure if they would be upfront about it - has anyone had any experience with this at The Iconic or any other online retailer?
Why wouldn't they be upfront? Just be as explicit as possible so they don't dodge and weave like a politician if you're that worried.
