I am based in Melbourne metro and I am looking to build a new PC. Need to get everything CPU/Mobo/GPU/HDD/Case etc. Any stores with good prices and reputations? I don't have a car so a free/cheap delivery would be good too.
Best place to get PC components from?

MSY is usually very competitive on price but don't expect any customer service and they don't offer delivery. Same goes for umart who I beleive have opened a store in Melbourne.
If you want to buy online and get delivered www.staticice.com.au as aerona said. It will compare the prices at many different stores, most offering delivery
Have a look here mate

Also have a look at PCCaseGear or MWave for delivered items
+1 for pccasegear.
I haven't looked in a while but www.itestate.com.au have (well used to) delivery.
They are NSW based but have similar pricing to MSY, maybe a few dollars extra which is still cheap, and if you can't find similar pricing in Melbourne, use them, pay a $20 delivery and smile :)
….ps, i don't know what the delivery is, just guestimatingOnline and also local computer stores, look into buying something cheap online + delivery also have a look at google, great bargains can be found by just searching.
Something cheap online you have to outweight the delivery, also a computer store that sells something for $20 cheaper might be a 30 min drive away and then back
CPL (Computers & Parts Land) http://www.cplonline.com.au/
