AliExpress - Pay in USD/28 Degrees Better than AUD?

Has anyone compared whether the price is better if paying in USD than in AUD?
I assume it is - but has anyone else compared it recently?

Find a product, get the US price and stick that into the Mastercard Currency Converter then set currency to AUD on AliExpress and compare. You'll see that the AliExpress exchange rate is out by quite a lot.

It has always been better for me to pay in USD by a decent amount.

Yes, paying in USD is always better, I compared few times in start and now just pay in USD without comparing.

I use Revolut or Wise to pay in USD.

    When you open Revolut …. There are options of Add Money , Transfer and … i.e three Horizontal Dots … Click them and you will see EXCHANGE, just use that to convert AUD to USD.

I load up on USD when the rate was good and use my citibank global debit card to pay.

I've been receiving some funds of USD in Paypal recently for some work I have been doing, so I wanted to find avenues to burn it.
Happy to make Paypal USD payments in exchange for AUD at spot rate, if anyone needs it.
