A very reasonable price for an excellent performance + one of the best looking 360 AIO (IMO).

I believe this version is still using the Asetek solution for pump and the newer version already stops using Asetek (similar to Corsair). Please correct me if I am wrong.
Also, for people who are interested in AIO, there is a good news - AIO price may come down a lot in the future since some patents (can't remember which exactly) of the Asetek pump solution expired and more brands will be expected to enter the market and increase competition. This is happening in China market now!

    Thanks for the extra info. I thought 7th gen Asetek was the best kind to go for? What’s this newer version? Any good?

      From what I can remember not much improvement for 7th gen so price performance wise is not appealing anymore. If you are talking about the newer version of this phanteks aio, I think it’s actually somehow worse than the old model because they use a new patent design which integrates the pump into the radiator instead of the traditional way (pump in the header), although they declared that it would lower pump noise.

    Good price. I think also being able to get teh Arctic 280 ARGB version for $129 + postage is a great deal. Might be a better fit for your case but as always check your case specs.

    Does anyone know how the fan noise and quality of this Phanteks cooler compares to Arctic Liquid freezer 2? I have been waiting for a sale on the arctic freezer 2 360 but this phanteks cooler seems pretty decent too.
