Hi all,
So I had ported to Leabara and was unable to make calls (able to receive calls and data works). Ported over to Boost ($5 promo for a month) and had totally no issues. Thought I'd then try Kogan (also on Voda) and have the same issue where i am unable to make calls but able to receive calls and mobile data works. I had used Kogan multiple times over the past 3 years on 2 phones and did not have any issues. Does anybody know what is the issue or a potential fix?
Note: Taked to Lebara and they insisted it was a network issue which was not the case, as maintenance was already completed but I still was not able to make phone calls. Checked network outage in my area and no issues as well, and have 5 bars 4g. Any help would be great as Kogan mobile is frustrating to deal with.
What phone are you using?
Can the sim card make outgoing calls on another phone?
Have you configured APN on your phone for kogan?
