And:
Entry is open to STAFF of ISUZU TRADE CUSTOMERS…
PRIZE
And:
Entry is open to STAFF of ISUZU TRADE CUSTOMERS…
That's incorrect. In the Isuzu Ready-to-Work Giveaway Promotion - Terms and Conditions:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older, provided that employees of the promoter and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Ah I see… I did a CTRL+ F to search for "entry is open to" but they've listed t&cs for multiple competition on that same page!? It was from another comp last year. Thanks, I really wanted to enter this one.
@[Deactivated]: No worries. Good luck :)
@[Deactivated]: I haven't read the T&Cs but you don't seem to be on the same page about what each of you are talking about:
"Staff of Isuzu Trade Customers" is not the same thing as staff/families of the Isuzu/Promoter/Suppliers/Agencies associated with the promotion.
I would be a staff member of a trade customer because my large employer buys trucks from Isuzu at a trade customer level. I have absolutely no association with Isuzu or the promotion in any way, nor would my employer - so why wouldn't I be eligible to enter, even if my employer business itself is too big to? I'm just an employee of a customer. Lots of people would be.
Lots of trade giveaways they try to make the tradie eligible him/herself, rather than the employer, as they'd appreciate it more and have good sentiment towards the product. Not a huge amount of point in someone like a tool company giving away a free battery / charger to a $1bn company who'd see it as more paperwork than its worth, when the staff member who places the order can fill in the entry form in their own name and feel good about it.
What Phalaxis has said is standard in any regulated competition for people employed by, or their immediate families, the companies involved in the competition itself.

Nah we're fine. As I said above the t&c's for a few different competitions are listed together on the same page. My search (so I didn't have to read the entire text) turned up the t&c's of an old competition.
Are they gonna try and sell me a truck now
Yes
"We’ll make sure the right person gets your enquiry and that they contact you as soon as possible." What?
thanks!
Thanks OP.
The Terms and Conditions advise:-
"6.1 At the time of submitting the entry form, the entrant will be given the option to share a competition link with friends and family."
This did not happen for me when I entered.
I'm disappointed as I was keen to share with family members.
