how come for set 6867 and 6866 bigw's prices are cheaper than yours 20% off price? If retail prices are $38.93 then your prices are not a bargain.

fair enough. understandable it's hard to price-beat big shop like bigw. anychance of your shop running a 25% discount on the dynamic duo fun house? will you be getting more lego mini module set?
Buy from Amazon and use a shipping forward company. Its time distributors and retails stop ripping off the public.
Amazon.com, amazon.fr and barnes and noble all do shipping of lego to Australia with boxes rarely becoming damaged (or even as smashed up as you think buddy).
Also the LEGO group inflates AUD RRP so retailers here markup even further. This is pretty similar to why our software/games/clothing/electronics also get marked up, because retailers and brands assume most AUS people will pay up regardless.
To get these sets mail fowarded via shipito.com from amazon.com will only cost $220, so a huge amount is saved, not your claimed 2%. I suppose you don't think a $47 saving can be better spent elsewhere.
The fact that some AUD people give in to the prices set by AUS retailers and brands is the reason why the prices arent really gonna change.
