      Yes, but until recently (maybe even today), the referral never worked.. They just reinstated this again.

          No, I signed up in March and I contacted them asking about this despite T&Cs saying so they said the date in T&Cs is wrong and they will only start in April, maybe May.

          There was a post, now deleted, that was created in March, referencing the date in T&Cs but nobody in the post could confirm they could see their referral code.

          I think everyone now has their code?

                Read the comments in the thread i linked to.
                Referral randomiser relies on people updating their referral code. If they dont, then referral process wont work

      No these guys didn't honour mine either. When I complained they replied that their credit work like "magic" and will appear automatically in the account once approved. Deep sh!t crazy!

      If you click on "Edit" in the referral links box at the top of this post, you will find instructions there.
      It is only in the app, not on desktop AfterPay portal.

    The referral only worked for me when the person signing up clicks the referral link and signs up using the afterpay app.

          You are right, the referral link changes each time. Mods should allow people to PM then instead of using referral code which might not work.

    I use the laptop and click on the Ozbargain referral link. It came up the referral number. But in the registration process there is no prompt for me to put in and I can't find where I can enter in after the process is done

    For some reason bnpl don’t like me. My access to zip Pay has vanished, after pay declined me twice, latitude declined me aswell.

      It’s referral scheme, similar to any others where if you refer new people, you could get the promo of $30 off $50 purchase. Do you already have an afterpay account? If not, you can be referred for the bonus.

        But maybe you can tell me the steps I take to take advantage of this deal or at least have a chance or at least tried as I have no clue otherwise.
        There are plenty sending me there codes thinking I want to sign up to Afterpay and make a purchase I’m already with them.

          Sorry, just confirming you are already with them?? When did you sign up? As if you are an existing member, you can then only refer others (assuming you are eligible).

            What does this thread do? Are you able to connect with others who might not be with Afterpay yet or just advertising the offer.
            Afterpay has been crap lately on offers even there pulse has become crap had like 800 points and lost them all. All was on offer was a silly $5 off very limited stores.

            But this offer would be good I assume for myself and a newbie to Afterpay who if spends over $50 am I right in saying we both receive $30 each

          Enter your referral details (from your Afterpay account) into your referrals listing database on OzB.

          For a new user of Afterpay wanting to generate a referral code, it is one of those "unusual" situations (similar to Aussie Broadband etc) where they can't generate a referral code automatically/randomly, it is achieved by the system sending a generic PM to a few users asking for the link/code manually.

      Probably IF you can buy the gift cards from Afterpay.
      They seem to have introduced a rewards loyalty system and you can only buy gift cards from Afterpay if you have reached Platinum, Diamond or Mint status.
      Looks like you need to spend $500 before you can buy gift cards… happy to be corrected

    I signed my uncle up and when he’s at the afterpay checkout the $60 item goes down to $30 but if i do the same thing i don’t get the $30 taken off, does my uncle need to make the purchase first before i receive my $30 off coupon? When i look in my profile under “promotions” the $30 off isn’t there.
