Anyone Having Trouble Redeeming Google Play Gift Cards from ShopBack?

So, I purchased google play gift card from the Shopback app. And google won't let me to redeem it.

When I tried to redeem it, it keeps say "we need more info", even I filled out the form with proof of receipt, they still won't solve it for me.

  Yeah it’s a scam. They won’t redeem $100 of my cards. Submitted form etc. google it
