ERROR: 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR When checking out on the Samsung Education store

Hi guys, hoping to get some help with this issue.
I have access to the Samsung education store and am looking to make a purchase.
Every time I click on the cart - I get a page saying 'ERROR: 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR' which then takes me back to the home page. Theres a few items in the cart that I cannot view due to this error.
It's been going on for weeks and occurs on all my different devices.

Just wondering if anyone has fixed a similar issue as I cant think of what to try

    Have you tried on different devices or even incognito mode?

    I had exactly the same problem, just ring the customer service team, the phone number is at the bottom of the login page, and explain that you are getting the error. They can clear your cart and reset it. Mine was fixed in about 5 minutes.

  • I called them earlier today they couldnt help me out and only suggested that i clear cache and cookies and to email [email protected] which can take up to a week for them respond

  • I had a similar issue. I ended up emailing them to sort it out. Took just over a week for them to fix it.
