The offer ends 26 May 2022.

How long do I have to activate my new SIM in my new Samsung phone?

You need to use your new Telstra SIM in your new Samsung phone within 1 month of your
phone being shipped, to be eligible for the offer.

How long will it take to receive my unique code?

Once you've activated your new SIM-only plan in your new Samsung phone, your voucher code
will be sent to you via email or SMS within 28 days.

What happens if I don't redeem my unique code within 3 months?

  how does this even work? They have to have the list of all IMEIs retailed in Australia, and do phones send their imei when connect to the network (I have no idea)?

  That is a different site. Telstra is offering the deal, so Telstra have to honour their agreement. There was no link to that site in the order flow. It's a legal grey area admittedly.

        Ordered Sim and phone on 5th/6th May night.
        Sim came preactivated 10th May and phone arrived 17th May.
        Very close to one month mark for the Telstra plan and no code yet :/

        I contacted Telstra 24th May and back then they said to wait.
        I contacted Samsung on 6th June to get them to update the status of my online order from preparing dispatch in case that was the issue. And while Samsung staff was looking up the details, status coincidentally changed to dispatched.
