Restaurant, gypsy bar, shut down, deals won't refund

Anyone here bought from deals.com gypsy bar?

They closed, deals just try my enquiries like dirt.

They didn't take phones calls over 6 months ago, but deals said keep trying.
Around April, I contacted deals again, they admitted they have closed, but then said the owners opened another restaurant, and told me to go there.

But this new place has completely different food, different pricing, different location. None of it I bought or want.

So I email them saying I want a refund, they don't reply.

I lodge another enquiry, they copy and paste the same reply, telling me to go to the new place.

Imam lodging a adma complaint now, but anyone here bought the same voucher?

    As soon as they hear from ADMA they will refund. Guaranteed.

        They are supposed to send the GBC the complaint pretty much straight away. I had a delay with ADMA, but once they did send it out, the GBCs contacted me that day or the next day.

          thanks for your reply :) my voucher isn't expired yet, so i thought if worse comes to worse i can try redeem at the new place, which i dont want. but sometimes its just easier. But i just want a refund or credit refund. fingers crossed! thanks heaps.
