Hi guys, wondering if anyone can recommend a good crypto accountant based in Sydney. I can't really use something online like koinly etc as i've had crypto for a while now and have been on some exchanges that don't exist anymore so i'm missing transactions.

an accountant will only sort the data you give them (and it is costly so we don't even recommend it)
accountant will charge at minimum $100 an hour for their time. you are better off giving the info to them in the most presentable manner if you want to save money.
also, if you are sure you have lost money in the transactions, just ignore them (unless we are talking thousands and tens of thousands
We have been using Rothsay Chartered Accountants for the last few years for the purpose of crypto accounting for tax returns. They are pretty efficient and haven't had any trouble with them.
Edit: They may be able to provide you with advice for missing transactions…..but we have never had this problem.
