Thanks, you mean the area behind stud park shopping centre is not considered better?
Isn't that… east of Stud Road (near the school)??
MS Paint diagram for reference:

Is the Hungry Jacks now considered a school ?
Thank you for the MS Paint diagram.
Anything right of Stud Rd was considered good. Anything left of Stud Rd was considered bad.
Lots could have changed in 15 years. I know a lot of the large plot sizes have disappeared to multi unit developments; especially along Taylors Lane.
Anything right of Stud Rd was considered good. Anything left of Stud Rd was considered bad.
Is that looking north or south?
@MS Paint: As per the diagram posted - looking North.
what pockets to avoid
The ones that flood.
I live on Grosvenor road Rowville near Karoo primary. Love rowville!! Nice and quiet.Feel free to ask any questions.
Welcome in advance!!
I used to live in Rowville 15 years ago. At that time; the area east of Stud Road (near the school) was considered better than west of Stud Rd (which drops downhill)
