    Ok how I got Kayo to work (10:26PM)

    Jumped on desktop, made multiple tabs. Copy and pasted the URL that I have to enter the code in and mass clicked it.

    Eventually a tab got through and the sign-up worked.

    • Good Job! The people reporting it as expired just need to keep trying

      • They must be new here, server bottle-necks are just a challenge to overcome lol

    • Did that too, got a tab that managed to connect, asked to change from my telstra ID deal to this free one, I accepted, and said success voucher added to you Kayo subscription, but just a spinning wheel so far.

    • You can do both, just looks like the servers getting too many requests - wouldn't go through to confirm for me on binge but worked after a couple of tries, and thats after doing kayo

    won't verify my mobile number, keeps saying the code has expired or invalid.

    • Just click on Resend Code

      • I've tried over 10 times and always gets the same message.

        • Took a 5 minutes to receive first code and gave me that error message so I just clicked on Resend Code and got it instantly and it worked.
          Sorry it's not working. Maybe just keep trying.

    30 mins so far with a spinning wheel on the loading account page. Server might have crashed or Kayo have pulled the plug :(

      • I refreshed whilst it was circling and I got put back to the verify your mobile stage

      • I eventually got it to accept the code, then it takes you to verify mobile, which would load, but not let me verify. Refresh that page until it lets you, then its roulette to see if it will finally let you start your subscription. It took a while, but it was still working.

    • i don't think it's working because the circle just spins and i refresh hundreds of times and get the same spinning circle

  • Just stuck Verify your Mobile Number page and it doesn't do anything. Same for both Kayo and Binge. Anyone knows how to get past this ?

      • Ok got Kayo. I selected premium but ended up getting basic though but anyway I am happy. 1 down 1 more (binge) to go.

  • I had to make a new account.. Just wont work. Few mates have also tried unsuccessfully. Get as far (eventually) as the SMS verification and it just says the SMS code is incorrect every time.

    • Just keep re-sending … it works eventually.

    With another attempt I got “we can’t find your offer.
    They have probably pulled the plug.

    • Just got mine to work. I kept copy pasting my URL and spamming "start subscription". Took me about 5 minutes to get through but have full access for a year (for now) as of 30 seconds ago.

  • I'm going to sound like a real idiot, but I can't find where to enter the code. When I go to My Account, there's no 'Redeem Voucher' section like it says in this article.

      when you look at the package prices before signing it underneath it will say voucher and there u apply the code.

        Gave it a minute or two but if it didn't load after that, I just refreshed. Had it loading on two devices and it came up eventually.
