  I still haven't got my refund yet.
  Paid by direct deposit. Confirmation on fund cleared on Tuesday. Order got cancelled on Tuesday. Not refund till now.
  Email sent on Wednesday enquiring about refund. No reply no nothing.

  Me neither. There was an email from paypal that said DWI had refunded the money, but the money is not in my bank account.
  I paid my master visa debit card.

  On paypal it says that it has been refunded however not back in the bank account. Usually it can take up to 5 days when when paypal says the money has been refunded for it to be back in your account

  I've received by refund via Direct Credit Refund because I paid via Direct Debit…

  For those of yo who paid via direct debit and have yet to get any indication of a refund, pester them on their facebook page.
