I ordered Keter cabinets for the garage storage and it came broken inside the box. I called them and requested for a return/refund and its been more than 4 weeks that nothing has happened except that I only occasionally (after I keep emailing them) get an email telling me that they have forwarded my request to the supplier who shall be in contact soon.
Cabinets are expensive and I don't want to loose my money that easy, please suggest what else can I do since their call center and emails are not helping me in anyway.
