  i've always been perplexed by store policies like this..
  
  but how is it different to a scenario where you return something purchased from say kmart? are they to pay for our petrol (driving from home to kmart) when we return a defective product?

thats a pitty about user reviews being filtered.. ive used cellbikes in the past.. but will be more wary now.. to the cellbikes rep: I prefer honesty about your products more than anything else
