Same here. The V11 with extension hose (around $15 on special) for flexibility and extra reach together with the regular attachments.
Thanks but I don't have a Dyson at home
I've never found a portable vacuum cleaner with enough power to do a good enough job for me, and I've tried a few brands over the years, the last one being a Hoover.
I now just use a reconditioned el cheapo 240-volt bagless vacuum with a flexible hose that I picked up from Godfreys.
If you find your car vacuum lacking power try this. Massager + Vacuum combo

if cleaning the ashtray, please ensure all cigarettes are fully extinguished.
Got any 18v cordless tools? Maybe a vacuum skin to suit whatever battery system you have.
ToolPro shop vac when on special @SCA
Cordless and car vacs don't work together.
I reckon our cordless Dyson is brilliant for cleaning the car. Plenty of suction and no cords and hoses to get tangled up and dragged across the sills.
How much did that cost?
Yeah ok, it’s a bit more Han $100, but it is our primary vacuum in the house. If you’ve got a decent cordless in the house, you don’t need a special vacuum for the car.
Go to SCA & get a 10 or 35 litre 230v wet/dry vac cleaner
The 35lt is $90, I could not find a price for the 10ltBest option is a corded handheld vacuum. There are some cheap ones eg Devanti. Not brilliant but suck enough for the car. There are others around
Next option is one that plugs into your 12V in the car - if your car has one. Like https://www.amazon.com.au/ThisWorx-Vacuum-Cleaner-TWC-01-Whi… or BLACK+DECKER 12V Flexi Automotive Vacuum
If you want a cord free one, maybe try the Black and Decker Dustbuster cyclone. $99 at GG. Only 15 min runtime though, You arent going to get cordless 30min run time for $100
Thanks
As it’s for the car, and the car is usually in the vicinity of the garage, I use the Ryobi garage vacuum that I purchased a couple of years ago. It has amazing suction.
Surprisingly to me, it came with a range of tools which, although are not the best quality, they still do the job for the tough stuff around the car. For the finer details in the car, the Ryobi garage vacuum cleaner takes the standard sized tools.
I am in an unit and its few basement down. Difficult to carry corded vacuum down there
This thread sucks!
May I know why ?
What do vacuums do?
Instead of getting a dedicated car vacuum, I just use the Dyson V7 that I use in the home (but with the shorter attachment for maneuverability).
