Hard pass. Imagine having to argue with the restaurant for the other half of your cold sloppy & missing order, then argue with some menulog chat for a partial refund, then plead with CR to investigate the declined transaction. Meanwhile the restaurant got its money, the menulog driver got another free feed, CR got some free bonus advertising & sucked in some new users while you're left hangry, & dissapointed.
Hard pass too. Two pizzas frisbeed at our front door Saturday night, no notification of delivery, knock on door or ring of doorbell. Called up pizzeria to complain about our cold messed up pizzas to be told “never use menu log, only ubereats”.
Interesting because drivers tend to multi-app - maybe UberEats has better enforcement for its drivers for customer experience
they said they don't use menulog, or they told you not to use menulog?
They told me not to,which made me wonder why they don’t stop them.
Last time they had this offer, mine didn't track but after reporting it, someone manually approved it, so I'm willing to give it another go, even if I don't expect it to track.
With the delivery and service fees it's just not worth it :/
Menulog just couldn't deliver on time anymore, on average it took us over 1 hour to receive all our orders. We got disappointed many times with the recent cheddar app cash back offer and rather pay more for ubereats
I find Menulog only works well if you order within your suburb. Each time I order any further away, it's almost certain something will go wrong. So if it's not walking distance, pretty much don't bother lol.
Lots of places are closed today though for Anzac day
I agree with many of the other comments. I used Menulog to order from somewhere we really like and order take away from often. After three hours and six calls to the restaurant our food randomly arrived. It was cold, half the order was missing, and one of the containers was open and spilling into the bag. Menulog support were useless, but because we go to that restaurant quite often they refunded us. They said this was happening a lot with Menulog and to avoid using it if possible.
