Don't get the essential briefcase. Its got no protection for your laptop. A very shitty product!

While that may be the case and a valid point, its a massager bag after all… Not many do have much, if any protection. For $11, seems like a worthwhile buy if its just a carry bag (sling/shoulder type) someone is chasing…

        its a massager bag

        Tell me more…

          ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

      • I've had a few messenger bags but none of the sucked as much as this bag.

I've seen sleeves with better protection. Its just bad.

    • Thanks for the warning gardezee!
      Currently have this: https://www.amazon.com.au/Inateck-Briefcase-Compatible-2012-…
Any idea how the dell would compare for protection?

This Amazon sleeve has much more protection. The essential sleeve only stops your laptop from scratches. Not other protection at all. Ultimately useless for everyday use.

        • Thanks! Guess I won't be getting it.

    • I think it's fine for what it is, just treat it as a sleeve not a proper 'briefcase'.

  • cashback doesn't include accessories

  • So it fits "up to 15 inches" so 15.6 is too big? That's a real shame, man.

    • Website tech specs says "Notebook Compatibility 15.6" ", but don't have it myself so not sure if this is the case.
Also depends on how wide your laptop's bezel is.

  • Oohhh nice… got on that gaming backpack!! was looking at that a while back!

  • those backpacks look ok.

i had a similar cheapo dell briefcase for a previous work laptop, i wouldn't recommend it if you're buying it yourself. spend a little extra and get something nicer. the materials are gross and look very bad very quickly.

  • everyone on ozbargain is soon gonna have this bag

It's a great bag to store your eneloops.

  • I picked up the Gaming Lite Backpack a couple of months ago for a similar price. It's been great so far. definitely a bargain.

  • i'm starting to think this is just the RRP for those backpacks, they seem to be on sale all the time

  • I ordered a backpack and sleeve from the last deal and it still hasn't arrived.

    • If it was my last post on the deal, mine all arrived within 10 days. Might be worth chasing Dell up.

  • The 17" gaming has gone up in price (was $18.6x), but higher %age discount (was 68%)

have Dell raised all their prices?

  • Picked up the Dell Gaming Backpack – GM1720PM which is well regarded inside ozbargain circles for $39.95. Pretty much standard deal that been popping up over the past couple of years.
Lowest was $29 on Amazon over 2 years ago.

  • Anyone else having issues with check out?? When I go into cart, it keeps on loading
