Opinions with Buying from Build A Bear US

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with buying from Build a Bear US before? I was looking to buy a US exclusive bundle as I didn't realise that Australia didn't have the Pokemon sound/hoodie bundle. Shipping seems a bit dear, but aside from that, has anyone had any luck buying from them?
