    hello store ,.

what is your thoughts on taking supplements after the expiry/BB date ?

    • -2

I always do, gains are better than ever.
As long as its been stored appropriatly against heat, its ok becsuse its vaccume sealed

      • No pain, no gain.

      • +1

I guess ur gains are 100x better

        100 * 0 = 12

    • Obviously the store won't endorse taking supplements after the expiry…lol

I have a freind who works in pharma manufacturing. Medicines are tested for how long they can be preserved under extreme conditions. Unless the medicine specifically needs to be stored in refrigirated temp, they have a shelf life of more than 5 years post expiry date.
Expiry dates are just a legal thing

Total waste of money, up there with the most useless supplement available.

BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) are nothing but three of the twenty amino acids. These amino acids together form protein. If you are eating adequate protein (~1.6 to 2.2 g/kg of body weight), adding BCAAs won't benefit any further.

They help with recovery if taken in adequate amounts intraworkout

I take BCAA on my intra workout. VS with or without I feel better when I have during a workout I feel more of a pump than water alone.

I do not take BCAA on my non workout days.

        Possible placebo affect?

        • Lol hate when these guys mention placebo. Its bro science 🤣🤣

    • Yeah, this guy is right, BCAA total waste of money, ignore the intra workout silliness, buy real food instead.

Source: me - 10 years of working out.

      • I eat real food, alot of it 5 to 7 meals a day.
These supps just give you the extra kick and help recovery that you need during and immediatly after training.
Food is not going to give you amino acids right away. Takes over 3 hours for body to fully digest food plus multiple organic cycles in the body to produce the different amino acidd

        • brah, you're a dyel, you don't even bench 2 plates, spend more on beef instead of this rubbish, and drop the pwo too
