I'm a new GoGet user and do not currently have a starter pack. Apparently, it's possible to collect the smartcard from a GoGet car. This is only available in Brisbane though.
Collecting your smartcard from a GoGet car
Has anyone managed to book and use a GoGet car in Brisbane without first receiving their starter pack? What was your experience?
Step 2 is to book the car. When I go to book the car, I get this message:
We need you to pick up your member pack before your account is activated, so your vehicle hasn't yet been reserved. If you're in a rush and want to confirm your booking quickly, give us a call on 1300 769 389
I'm interested in reading about other GoGet user's experience in this situation. Maybe someone else has tried to do this before and found out that there wasn't a smartcard in the car and so they recommend getting a starter pack instead?
Step 3 says to call GoGet on 1300 769 389. Just do that and go through process with them rather than random anecdotal info from others that may or may not apply. Simples.
The page literally gives you step by step instructions. What's the conundrum?
