We do currently have sizes 6-8 available. Our supplier is currently out of stock, as it is a summer shoe I wouldn't expect to have it for at least 3 months sorry.

UK and Aussie sizes are exactly the same in mens shoes.

There is no "Aussie" size.
There is only US, UK, Euro, and… just CM
US is the one thats not unisex, it is also a really quick way to tell whether the colourful shoe that you're not sure of is a mens or a womens shoe. The US and UK sizing will differ around about 1 to 1.5 for a mens shoe while the US and UK sizing numbers will differ to around 2.5 for a women's shoe.
UK, Euro and CM sizing are all unisex.

Even if they are $20 normally, I'm not sure if the $3 savings is enough to warrant needing to buy 3 pairs, waiting on postage and hoping the size is right.
