Some places selling this for well over $100 so Kmart regular price is a good price but for $40 it's a bargain.

I've just set it up in my backyard and I'm very happy with it.

It's more a tent than a "beach shelter" really. Has full floor, curtained windows and zipper door.

Comes with regular and sand pegs.

Piece of cake to setup.

Am taking it to beach tomorrow :-)

    Feels very light slung over shoulder. I’d guess around 3kg.

  Don't see many of this style anymore on beaches as the cool cabanas have taken over completely as they handle the wind much better.

    The problem with cc is they don't provide much protection outside of 11-3pm. Then the sun is low and it's burn time

  For those who can't find any stock nearby, these shelters are probably generic ones. I have been using the $49 Bunnings one which has been going strong for a couple of years now. Doesn't have side windows but comes with guy ropes in case.

  Took it to the beach today and it performed beautifully.

  Also very easy to erect and unerect :-)

  Airport West store had plenty of stock yesterday.
