Dual sim mobile to work with Voda 3G and Optus 2G

Hello Forum,

Once again need your expert advise to find out which would be the best fit. I am looking for a dual sim mobile which would work with Voda 3G & Optus 2G network. Should be dual sim active type. The main requirement is that I could receive the calls on both the numbers and just normal 3G use. The budget I am looking is less than $150.

Any suggestions?

Voda is using 850mhz more, you should get a phone supporting that 3G band (which the above doesn't).
