Cheapest Android Phone under $50?

I need a cheap android phone under 50 bucks. Thinking of getting th vodafone 858. Main thing i want to do with it is to wireless hotspot the phone. I will be making a few calls so i want a phone rather than a pocket wifi. Can any one recomend A cheap one. Im willing to buy second hand if anyone has a android phone under 50.
